Rituals & ceremony

Rituals and ceremonies are to me one of the most powerful ways to remember the sacred, to humble ourselves to what is greater than us. It is a way to establish a relationship with the unseen world and to deepen our relationship with ourselves.
By entering and creating spaces of ritual and ceremony, we show reverence to Life and deeply nourish our approach to this existence as living prayer in gratitude and respect for all that is.

The elements have been my greatest teachers on this journey of rememberance.
