Women Lodge

Regular reunion for women longing for honesty, freedom & peace.

Join the sisterhood Lodges.

May these lodges be pure and profound reflective surfaces of what needs to be seen, released and transformed.
Holding each other accountable, receiving one another, softening together, receiving our sisters and ourselves with the open arms of care and compassion.

Each meeting will be dedicated to a topic. Recognizing the collective mission, wound and hope behind what sometimes feels like a lonely road.

The Role SHE plays.

Honesty. Responsibility. Unity.

This is a space to express loud and clear with our voices, tears & bodies what we don't even dare to say to ourselves.

This Women lodge is dedicated to our relationships and role we play in limiting patterns we often find ourselves entangled in.

Bringing awareness to behavior and dynamics that make us and our loved ones suffer, taking responsibility for the role we play in them and activate profound change.
If all the work we do as individuals is not here to serve our relationship as , then what is the point ?
Time to choose how we want to show up in our daily lives and commit to embody it.

This is a reminder that our individual work is rooted in a collective mission of harmonious and respectful relationships between one another and with all that is alive.

This Lodge is a magic tool box for your daily life to better serve your relationship to yourself and others. It is a resource point to nourish deep intimacy through taking responsibility and expressing vulnerability.

The way we relate to others is a direct reflexion of the way we relate to ourselves.

The body SHE honors.

Body. Earth. Beauty.

Rise in love with the body. Rise in love with the Earth.

As women, our relationship to our bodies might be one of the biggest challenges. Too much, not enough, sexualized, pointed no matter what.

What if rising in love with our bodies was the key to true freedom?

How would the world look like if we truly fall in love with our temples?

How would this impact our relationship to ourselves and others ?

What would it look like to unconditionally love the physical manifestation of our being ?

I take care of my body because I love her and not because I hate her.

I move my body because I love her and not because I want to change her.

I love my body under no conditions of how it looks and feels.

I love my body and I am free.

I love my body and I allow life to flow through me, no holding back.

This is an invitation to address everything that stands in the way of an intimate, loving and caring relationship to your body.

This is an invitation to make peace with all the parts of your body you don't accept.

This is an invitation to remember that taking of your body is taking care of the Earth and taking of the Earth is taking care of your body.

This is an invitation to honor the Earth and your body.

The Shame SHE transforms

Your womb. Your voice. The circle.

Through my experience of opening spaces, one thing has become very clear: Our voice, in words or sound, has the power to liberate us.
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙙 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙩𝙨 𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙥 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚.

Speaking about what I am the most ashamed of has been one of the deepest healing I have experienced.

Allowing myself to be witnessed in those moments of extreme vulnerability offered profound moments of liberation.

I am inviting you to transform the Shame you have been holding from your past experiences and the ones from your feminine lineage. By giving it your voice, allowing it to move through your body and surrendering to the power of the circle.

Together we will enter a ceremonial space where we will travel through different steps, giving time & space for that shame to be fully felt, expressed & transformed.

We connect to the parts of us that we are ashamed of and that feel ashamed. Giving them a voice and freeing them from the chambers of our unconscious with the key of our love and attention.

What she says

  • Emotional and mind-blowing. It has clearly made some shifts in my head on how I look at myself but even more how I look at other sisters. We are all one, we are all the same and that is such an incredible gift to experience that.

    Sofie, The shame SHE transforms

  • A very important (if not the most important) topic. It was a safe space for everyone to share and talk about things we rarely talk about. We could connect more to our sisters by showing our vulnerability and also giving our non-judgemental presence. A very powerful workshop.

    Sandy, The shame SHE transforms

  • Shame has been one of the most challenging emotions I have been dealing with, lately. And the way Dina brought this work and opened that moment, it made it - surprisingly - so easy to feel, so free to express and be. Feel the shame, be who I am, express fully and feel heard and received. It was a moment of pure vulnerability and intimacy, I did not feel the need to wear any masks or defence mechanisms. I trusted to express and to receive other women’s shame, and I felt a lovely sense of belonging and connection with every woman present. It was deeply transformational and healing for me.

    Mafalda, The shame SHE transforms

  • That moment touched me deeply. And reminded how important it is to speak and share the truth especially with the beloved ones. This was a big help for me to work with few relationships after the retreat.

    Aia, The role SHE plays

  • Expressing challenging feelings about someone else, felt very releasing. Receiving it from another woman, felt real and natural. As if we are all sharing similar feelings and stories. It was beautiful to step in the pain, feel it, share it fully and open space for honesty and compassion.

    Fa, The role SHE plays

  • It’s really important that relationships start with your relationship with yourself. I learned that and really trying to not fight off the resistance but really go through the pain and emotions. It was an eye opener to learning that we should speak up and share because it always bring us closer.

    Vera, The role SHE plays

  • ‘The naked sister workshop was for me so eye-opening and healing. To see how other women look and talk about at theirselves, made me realize that the way I think about my own body might also not be correct. It was almost painful to hear, but at the same time lighted a fire in me to change the inner talk and show the beauty in each other’

    Ayonne, The body SHE honors

  • A space to be transparent and to wear the whole truth crafted on my body. I felt exposed, seen, loved and held. The naked sisters workshop cracked my heart wide open and whisperd songs of courage. The eye-to-eye and the skin-to-skin with other women invited me to speak and listen, from deep within, and to express my body in totality. Showing up completely naked and being hugged by their femininity blessed me, healed me, and told me how my vulnerability empowers me. Without judgments or questions, it felt as if my vessel was being put together by their presence. Throughout the workshop, and while witnessing other women undressing, holding mirrors of my pain and reflecting images of my beauty, I slowly became aware of the collective spirit that was embracing the room with softness. A lesson about belonging, I am never alone, and I am every woman.
